The inspiring words of Javier Calvo at the Feroz awards that encourage children to fulfill their dream without fear

Last night the V edition of the Feroz Awards was held in Madrid, awards given by the press and critics to Spanish cinema. The gala left us a most emotional moment when Javier Calvo came up accompanied by his partner Javier Ambrossi to receive the award for Best comedy or musical film as co-directors of 'The Call'.

The film, in his own words, "speaks of the value of being yourself, of finding your way and despite who despite being who you want to be" and in that sense He gave some inspiring words to the children, encouraging them to fulfill their dream without fear.

"If any child who is watching me is afraid and feels that they will not love him, that he knows that he will find his place, that he will fulfill his dream and that @soyambrossi and I will write stories so that he feels inspired." Clothed on stage by his partner and the film team, Javier started his speech saying that he was gay, a confession that raised laughter among the public, since his homosexuality is something known since he began his career years ago in 'Physics and Chemistry'.

And he continued the speech excited and with tears in his eyes:

“If someone, some boy, girl or person is looking at me and is afraid, they feel that they are lost, if they feel that they will not love him, that he knows that they will love him, that he will find his place and that he will fulfill his dream. Me and he (Ambrossi) are going to write you stories so that you feel inspired. ”

When bullying is the order of the day, it is a inspiring message so that children are recorded on fire and a message that, as parents, it is also important to convey to our children since they are young. We have the mission of raising them with confidence and self-confidence so that don't be afraid of being who you want to be.

As their main reference we are, we have the obligation to always support them in their choices, not veto their dreams, and provide them our unconditional love so that they always feel loved, do what they do and be as they are. I loved it!

In Babies and more | "Who are the parents to veto the dreams of our children?" We talk to Fanny, mother of a child who wants to be a dancer, they laugh at him at school for painting his nails and his father shows him his support by painting them too, do they laugh at your son / daughter at school? This is what you can do.
