Arrested for leaving her daughter alone for half an hour in the car

We have commented on the blog for active and passive: the car is not a place for children to be alone. A woman has been arrested for leaving her daughter alone for half an hour in the car, something that seems to me a tremendous irresponsibility and unconsciousness.

The mother of the little girl, 28 years old, was arrested in the parking lot of an airport for an alleged crime of abandonment of minors when she appeared after leaving her three-year-old daughter alone in a car for half an hour.

It was another person who arrived at the parking lot at 7:00 pm who noticed that in the vehicle parked next to him there was a very small girl asleep with the windows fully closed. He waited for about five minutes and when he saw that no one was approaching the car he told the security guard.

It was then that the security officer called 091 and a police car radio patrol arrived at the scene until the girl's mother appeared, when she was arrested. The events happened on February 6 at the Malaga airport as reported by the General Directorate of Police in a statement.

I do not know how the mother will have “justified”, if she did not realize, if she did not want to wake her up, if it was only a minute and the thing was complicated (what do I know under what circumstances someone would leave her child so long locked in the car), but the fact is that you will have to account for this fact.

Anyway, this is one of those news that remind us that it is worth repeating that it is dangerous to leave children alone in the car, although unfortunately these events happen with relative frequency, either by mistake, or consciously (to say something, because conscience, little).
