- 2 chopped chicken breasts, 1 200 gr tub of cream cheese, 3 eggs, breadcrumbs and cornflakes
How to make chicken flowers for children's dinner
We ask the butcher to prepare the chopped breasts or we chop them at home with a kitchen robot. Mix them with 2 of the eggs and cream cheese, whisking until you get one homogeneous paste.
Crush the corn flakes and mix them with breadcrumbs to make a pie with more flavor. We beat the other egg and we put a spoonful of our chicken and cheese paste, turning it around so that it is impregnated on the outside.
We pass that spoon of egg-dipped pasta to the bowl where we have the breadcrumbs mixed with the flakes and we shape our chicken using a cookie mold or a pasta cutter. You can do it with animal shaped cutters, flowers, etc., so that your children like them.
We fry in abundant oil, draining chicken flowers well on paper towels to remove excess oil and take them to the table. Keep in mind that they can be very hot, so let them rest a little before they are eaten by children, or older ones.
